"We absolutely love the mats. We do a wide range of hot yoga (e.g. Core Power Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion). The mats are thick enough to handle a lot of the aerobic activities of Yoga sculpt yet they are "sticky" enough to handle the advanced inversions complicated positions...Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase, it really is a quality mat!"
